Bitua is contracted under two alternative models, purchase or rental, and the price depends on which equipment and how many units each operation needs. This guide explains the full structure so you can assess it before requesting a proposal.
Two alternative models: purchase or rental
Bitua is contracted in two ways, and they are alternatives to each other: they do not stack. For each unit, the institution picks one or the other.
Under purchase, the equipment is bought with a single payment and a monthly licence is paid per unit, covering the platform and the service. Under rental, a single monthly amount per unit covers both hardware and licence, with no purchase of the equipment.
Rental is available for part of the product line; the proposal confirms which units it applies to.
One institution can combine purchased and rented units, but each unit is contracted under a single model.
What the monthly licence includes
The monthly licence is the service component, and it is the same under both models: under purchase it is invoiced separately, under rental it is included in the monthly amount.

It does not cover damage caused by misuse of the equipment.
RFID tags
RFID tags are quoted as a separate line, by pack, and apply across the product line, including sterilisation-resistant tags.
Tag consumption depends on the volume of items to be tracked, not on the number of units installed, so it is estimated along with the project scope.
Standard commercial terms
The same terms apply to every Bitua proposal, regardless of project size.

How a price is reached
The price does not come from a plan tier but from the operation: which areas are to be controlled, which equipment fits each one and how many items will be tracked.
The process starts with a free operational assessment reviewing the current workflow in the OR, the pharmacy or the storeroom. That defines the scope, and a commercial proposal is issued including the technical sheet for each product quoted and the service SLA.
